There are no clerks at the reception, there is no telephone answer, there were no towels and it took a long time to bring them, the rooms need a massive renovation, such as: replacement of doors, replacement of sink and marble in the bathroom, yellow curtain in the bathroom. There was a big balcony and there was a nice singer in the evening.

The hotel staff in the various extensions are wonderful, courteous and attentive. A great pleasure straight from the power of the rooms we received only thanks to an attentive receptionist, who made our stay pleasant. Ordering through an ordering department is not efficient. Other than the payment they charge, nothing else is certain. Like "buying a cat in a sack." Everything we asked about the rooms, could not confirm. If I had not talked to a receptionist named Anna, who promised that we would get everything I asked for, I would have canceled the order. Indeed, she kept her word.

Everything was fine except for the women showers in the hotel spa. There was no head for the shower. Water flowed very strongly and hurts the body.

I have been to hotels in the Dead Sea about 4 times as a participant in an exhibition in the Arava. I am satisfied with the choice. This time I will consider using the hotel service in the future as well.

There is no adherence to masks in front of the dining room sideboards or in general the food itself is simple and not tasty even though there is plenty of everything. There is no healthy food at all such as wholemeal bread which is the most basic today ...

We booked a family room with a balcony facing according to the advertisement on the pool and Dead Sea website. In practice the room we got 401 faces towards the Spa Club Hotel; You can see the Dead Sea at an angle and do not see the pool at all. Please correct this in the advertisement

There is a very significant improvement in the maintenance of the hotel. The maintenance of the outdoor Dead Sea spa still needs to be improved, it was not clean, children were allowed to enter the spa, the glass in the sulfur pool has not been cleaned since installation and many parts are rusty.

The experience at the hotel was pleasant and good. The activities for the children were good and varied. The hotel staff was kind and pleasant. With the exception of Friday that the pool was cleaned from 12:00 until 16:00, it was not possible to enter the pool, most of the hours guests wanted to bathe in the pool. The cleaning was done at night or in the evening when there is no bath in the pool. The overall experience was good.

Fitness room equipment is missing, damaged, outdated and endanger the user. Location vending machines backed out of the spa is comfortable and forced to go out into the cold wet to replace them. Too bad the usual welcome Shgkoziim did not work.

We visited the hotel for the second time, and we saw a slight decline in food selection. Total hotel and good service, great location. Greeting large and spacious, nice spa, massages fair prices. We enjoyed the holiday and may go back a third time.

So really enjoyed not cleared very early morning at nine o'clock there were no towels in the pool on the day we arrived and we had to wait for towels I asked for a different room with a view of the pool and then said that I should add anything unsaid payment order in the first place and includes a Kosher food was not and we had to settle for fish anyway thanks

Could be great, but a few small things done in bad taste. After receiving room serious three-quarter go to the spa. But the safe was not working and the East took two hours. Pool robes were missing, we got the next day. Too bad not take place ahead of New Year's Eve with sympathy or something festive. Other things were fine.

Has improved the shuttle to the beach staff is polite to say the least. And synchronization systems that transfer service hotel and bowling did not work properly without knowing the whole day even makes reception.

I was in a great new pool and sea views. The service of staff in the face for rum Service had to call four times for an hour and a half and at the end they told me it was closed. Besides the hotel is not bad.

All Noda dining room and the food is loaded Sifor.aicot poor food. Variety miserable boasts 5 Cocbim.cl interest in replenishing depleted trays very weak. Staff transcribed the dining room is too small. Should contact at least 3 until it works pour a cup of coffee. It is not clear why they did not put a thermos on each table as is the case at other hotels. Good spacious rooms reasonable level of cleanliness and room service is fine.
